A handcrafted parasol made from kimono and yukata fabrics, each with its own unique character.

The variations include deep crimson silk originally used for a Michiyuki kimono coat, polyester fabric with a modern pattern, carefully woven cotton fabric, and a combination of over 50-year-old children’s yukata fabric with navy linen.

Each design has its own appeal: the elegant sheen of silk, the refined beauty of traditional and modern patterns, the substantial texture of cotton, and the nostalgic contrast of white and navy fabric.

The handle is made of bamboo, the shaft is made of wood, and the ribs are made of stainless steel. This parasol brings the beauty of Japanese kimono textiles into everyday life.

Please note: this is not a rain umbrella. Avoid exposure to water and use it as a parasol only.

The rich, deep crimson fabric has an air of luxury, and its silken sheen catches the sunlight beautifully. Because it's silk, it feels lighter than it looks.
