Order to Delivery Flow
For international orders, our store ships products via WorldShopping's domestic warehouse in Japan to ensure accurate inspection and smooth international delivery. Below is the step-by-step process from order confirmation to overseas shipment.
STEP 1 | Order Confirmation
Once your order and initial payment are completed on our website, your item will be prepared for shipment.
STEP 2 | Arrival at Domestic Warehouse & Inspection
Estimated time: 1–2 business days
After arriving at the WorldShopping warehouse in Japan, each item is inspected for:
- External damage
- Correct quantity
- Product matches the order details
Only after passing inspection will the process move forward.
STEP 3 | International Shipping Fee Notification
After the inspection is completed, the international shipping fee is calculated based on the destination, package size, and weight. You will receive a notification with the confirmed shipping cost.
Note: International shipping fees cannot be finalized before warehouse inspection.
STEP 4 | Additional Payment for International Shipping
After receiving the shipping fee notification, you are required to complete the additional payment. Shipment preparation begins only after this payment is confirmed.
STEP 5 | Handover to International Shipping Carrier
Estimated time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
Once payment is confirmed, your item will be securely packed and handed over to an international shipping carrier for overseas delivery.
