Terms of service
LIVAPON Terms of Use (For Purchasers)
CHAIRMAN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby establishes the following Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) governing the use of the online platform “LIVAPON” (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) operated by the Company.
Customers who use the Service (hereinafter referred to as “Purchasers”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms prior to using the Service.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set forth the conditions of sales contracts and other transaction terms established between Purchasers and the Company with respect to products provided through the Service, for which the Company acts as the seller.
Article 2 (Seller)
All products sold through the Service are provided by CHAIRMAN Co., Ltd. as the selling entity.
Inventory management, packaging, shipping, and quality control of products are handled by individual sellers (hereinafter referred to as “Sellers”) who are contracted with the Company.
Ownership of the products remains with the Sellers; however, for the purposes of the sales contract, the Company shall be the seller to the Purchaser.
Article 3 (Orders and Formation of Contract)
A sales contract is deemed to be concluded between the Purchaser and the Company at the time the Purchaser completes the order process and the Company confirms receipt of the order.
The Company may cancel or modify an order after confirming inventory availability, quality inspection results, and payment status. In such cases, the Purchaser will be notified.
Article 4 (Payment Methods)
Purchasers shall pay the product price using one of the following payment methods:

Credit card payment

Bank transfer
-
Convenience store payment
-
Any other payment method designated by the Company
An order is confirmed once payment has been completed.
Article 5 (Shipping and Delivery)
Products are shipped directly from Sellers contracted with the Company.
Orders are generally shipped within seven (7) days after order confirmation; however, shipping may be delayed due to inventory conditions, weather, or circumstances related to delivery carriers.
Shipping information will be provided via email or other means after dispatch.
Article 6 (Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations)
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to Purchaser convenience are not accepted.
Returns or exchanges will be accepted only in the following cases:

The delivered product differs from the ordered product

The product is damaged or defective
Purchasers must contact the Company (support desk) within five (5) days of receiving the product.
Handling of such cases shall be conducted in accordance with the “Returns & Refund Policy.”
Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All images, text, videos, logos, trademarks, and other content displayed on the Service are the property of the Company or the respective legitimate rights holders.
Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)
Purchasers shall not engage in any of the following acts:

Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service

Registration of false information or fraudulent use

Defamation of, or infringement upon the rights of, the Company, Sellers, or other Purchasers

Resale or redistribution of products

Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from natural disasters, communication failures, delivery carrier issues, or inventory management failures by Sellers.
While the Company endeavors to ensure the accuracy of product images and descriptions, actual products may differ depending on the Purchaser’s viewing environment.
Article 10 (Modification or Suspension of the Service)
The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service, in whole or in part, as deemed necessary.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such modifications, suspension, or termination.
Article 11 (International Purchases)
Orders from outside Japan are processed through the “WorldShopping Biz” service provided by Zig-Zag, Inc.
Shipping, customs duties, and return conditions for such orders shall be governed by the terms and conditions of that service.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
