Returns & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience are not accepted.
Please review the product details carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If any of the following apply, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product:

  • The item received differs from the item ordered

  • The item is defective or damaged

After confirmation, we will offer a return, exchange, or refund as appropriate.


3. Conditions for Returns

  • Only unused and unopened items are eligible for return.

  • Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us in cases of defects or incorrect delivery.
    In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Refund Method

Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
For credit card payments, refunds will be processed through the card issuer.


5. Returns for International Orders

For purchases made from outside Japan via WorldShopping Biz, returns and refunds are subject to the terms and refund policies of that service.
