The fabric is Banshu-ori, woven in Nishiwaki, Hyogo Prefecture.
Because the threads are dyed before weaving,
a technique known as ”sakizome”,
the fabric reveals rich depth of color,
with a soft and airy texture.
Its beauty becomes even more vivid beneath the sunlight.
